Brown Butter Vinaigrette


Makes 1 Cup
  • 5 oz. (147g) Black & Bolyard® Original Unfiltered Brown Butter
  • 2 oz. (59g) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. (28g) Banyuls or Sherry Vinegar
  • Salt to taste


  1. Juice lemon through a sieve.
  2. Melt the Black & Bolyard® Original Unfiltered Brown Butter.
  3. Combine melted brown butter, lemon juice and vinegar.
  4. Use a hand blender or regular blender to mix until fully combined. Season with Salt to taste.
  5. When ready to use, warm gently, just until vinaigrette becomes loose. Use immediately when warmed through to Sauce roasted vegetables, fish or shellfish.
