Market Radishes with Whipped Brown Butter
Makes 4 Servings
ea. mixed market radishes (red, purple, icicle and/or breakfast radish)
Tbsp. (45 g) Black & Bolyard® Bay Leaf Brown Butter
Coarse Sea Salt to taste
Remove Black & Bolyard
Bay Leaf Brown Butter from the refrigerator to temper. Allow to sit until it becomes soft and spreadable.
Meanwhile, rinse market radishes under cold water and trim the stems, making sure to remove any dirt between the leaves and stem. Dry the radishes with paper towels and cut in half lengthwise.
Schmear the raw radishes with Black & Bolyard
Bay Leaf Brown Butter and sprinkle a bit of coarse sea salt.
