- In a large pot, melt the Black & Bolyard® Original Brown Butter over medium-low heat.
- Add the Jet Puffed Marshmallows to the melted Brown Butter and stir with a rubber spatula to incorporate.
- Add the sea salt and continue stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Pour in the Puffed Rice Cereal and stir to completely incorporate with the melted butter and marshmallows.
- Turn off the heat. Lightly coat the bottom and sides of a 13"x9"x2" pan with Black & Bolyard® Original Brown Butter.
- Transfer the warm mixture from the pot to the brown butter-coated pan and evenly distribute by pressing gently with the rubber spatula.
- Cool the mixture in the pan until solidified, then cut into 2-3" squares and enjoy.
