Makes 1 Cup
oz. (147g) Black & Bolyard® Original Brown Butter
oz. (59g) Fresh Lemon Juice
oz. (28g) Banyuls or Sherry Vinegar
Salt to taste
- Juice lemon through a sieve.
- Melt the Black & Bolyard® Original Brown Butter.
- Combine melted brown butter, lemon juice and vinegar.
- Use a hand blender or regular blender to mix until fully combined. Season with salt to taste.
- When ready to use, warm gently, just until vinaigrette becomes loose. Use immediately when warmed through to Sauce roasted vegetables, fish or shellfish.
