Ingredients:
8oz (227g) premade potato or pumpkin gnocchi
2 tbsp (28g) Black & Bolyard Original Brown Butter
6-10 Fresh sage leaves, torn
Kosher salt
Instructions:
1. Melt Original Brown Butter in skillet.
2. Add sage leaves and fry until fragrant.
3. Add gnocchi and sauté until golden and crispy.
4. Season to taste.
