Fried Eggs with Brown Butter

  1. Heat a frying pan pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the Black & Bolyard® Original Brown Butter to the hot pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan. Season with sea salt.
  4. Cook the eggs, without moving, in the hot pan until the whites are set and the yolk is runny, or however you prefer your eggs cooked.
  5. Slide the eggs out of the pan onto a serving plate. Enjoy with toasted crusty bread.
