- Heat a frying pan pan over medium heat.
- Add the Black & Bolyard® Original Brown Butter to the hot pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Crack the eggs into the pan. Season with sea salt.
- Cook the eggs, without moving, in the hot pan until the whites are set and the yolk is runny, or however you prefer your eggs cooked.
- Slide the eggs out of the pan onto a serving plate. Enjoy with toasted crusty bread.
