Sourdough schmeared with Salted Honey Brown Butter

Ingredients:

Good sourdough bread, cut into thick slices

Black & Bolyard Salted Honey Brown Butter

Flaky salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. 

2. Schmear the Salted Honey Brown Butter across both sides of each slice of bread.

3. Grill the bread on both sides until golden and crisp. 

4. Finish the warm grilled bread with more Brown Butter and a sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
