Popcorn with Brown Butter, Chili, and Lime

Ingredients:

Popcorn kernels

Original Brown Butter

Sea salt

Chili powder

Lime zest

Instructions:

1. Use a hot air popcorn machine to fully pop the kernels into a bowl.

2. Melt the Original Brown Butter over low heat on the stovetop.

3. In a bowl, toss the popcorn with the Brown Butter, chili, and sea salt to taste, shaking constantly. 

4. Top the finished hot popcorn with freshly grated lime zest.
